Vast carries out ExxonMobil’s first oil transshipment operation at T-Oil

Vast has completed ExxonMobil’s first oil transshipment operation in Brazil, handling 1 million barrels from the Bacalhau Field.

Conducted at T-Oil, at the Port of Açu, the operation also marks ExxonMobil’s debut in this type of activity in Brazil after more than a century of presence in the country.

The result reinforces Vast’s capability to deliver large-scale projects with excellence, combining safety, efficiency, and reliability in its operations.

Vast Infraestrutura and HIF Global sign agreement for e-Methanol storage at TLA

Vast has just entered into another important partnership aimed at advancing innovation and the evolution of its services. The new partner is HIF Global, a global leader in synthetic fuels (e-Fuels) and a benchmark in the sector.

The agreement предусматриes the implementation of storage infrastructure with a capacity of over 40,000 m³, with a term of approximately 15 years. The final execution of the agreement is subject to the project’s Final Investment Decision (FID), a key milestone that marks the transition to the implementation phase of the e-Methanol plant.

This initiative reinforces TLA’s position as the main gateway for liquid bulk products in Brazil.

Vast Infraestrutura celebrates the end of the nesting season with more than 71,000 hatchlings at Reserva Caruara

In January, another sea turtle nesting season at Reserva Caruara came to an end. As a partner of the monitoring program, Vast Infraestrutura shares the main results of this period, reinforcing its commitment to environmental preservation.

In total, more than 2,100 nests were identified, resulting in approximately 71,000 hatchlings completing their journey to the sea. Since the beginning of the project in 2008, a total of 22,289 nests have been protected and around 1.4 million hatchlings have been safely returned to nature.

These results highlight the importance of the initiative and reinforce Vast’s role in conserving local biodiversity, continuously contributing to species protection and ecosystem balance.

Vast Infraestrutura held its annual Contractors’ OHS Recognition Ceremony, recognizing partner companies that stood out in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) throughout the past year.

The event program also featured the 1st edition of the Contractors’ Sustainability Awards, expanding recognition to specific initiatives submitted by partners in the following categories: “Environment and Climate,” “Social,” “Quality and Continuous Improvement,” and “OHS.”

Vast Infraestrutura holds the 2026 Sea Turtle Hatchling Walk

Vast Infraestrutura held the 2026 edition of the Sea Turtle Hatchling Walk. The annual event is part of the Marine Turtle Monitoring Program and allows employees to visit the program’s base at the Caruara Reserve and witness the hatchlings’ journey to the ocean.

In this edition, Vast also offered participants the opportunity to take part in the Birdwatching Trail of the Aves do Açu project, enabling observation of the local birdlife.

In addition to sea turtle conservation in the Northern Fluminense region through daily monitoring of 62 kilometers of beaches, the program carries out the rescue, veterinary care, and rehabilitation of marine animals. Throughout its activities, the initiative has already rehabilitated 75 turtles and promotes environmental education and community awareness actions aimed at protecting marine life.

The initiative reinforces Vast’s commitment to environmental care and the conservation of the ecosystems in which it operates.

Vast Infraestrutura and ExxonMobil sign contract for oil transshipment at T-Oil

Vast Infraestrutura has signed a commercial contract with ExxonMobil Brazil for the export of oil at T-Oil.

With this agreement, Vast reaches the milestone of 12 clients operating at its terminal at the Port of Açu.

The new agreement takes place in the context of ExxonMobil’s first production in Brazil, reinforcing Vast’s position as a strategic partner for safe, efficient, and sustainable oil export operations.

Vast Infraestrutura carried out the first transshipment operation involving oil from the Bacalhau field.

The operation took place at T-Oil on January 30, in service of Equinor, and marked the first operation of this kind using the field’s product, which began production in October 2025.

This milestone reinforces Vast’s strategic role in Brazil’s liquid bulk infrastructure and logistics.

Vast Infraestrutura received for the second time a Shell vessel with a 100% Brazilian crew

This week, Vast Infraestrutura received for the second time at T-Oil the DP Ametista Brasil, a Shell vessel that is the first from a multinational oil and gas company to operate in the country with a 100% Brazilian crew.

The initiative by the O&G operator, which has been a Vast client since 2016, brings important gains in efficiency and reductions in carbon emissions for operations, as it helps optimize the vessel’s logistics, reducing travel and, consequently, fuel consumption.
