The TLA has been operating since October 2024 under the management of Vast Infraestrutura, providing port support services as well as the transshipment and supply of marine gas oil (MGO) and hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO).

With the construction of the tank farm and the start of tank operations, scheduled for the last quarter of 2026, the TLA will be able to handle and store other petroleum-derived products, such as marine fuels (Very Low Sulphur Fuel Oil – VLSFO), lubricants, light fuels, as well as chemicals and biofuels.
In this first phase, an investment of approximately R$250 million will enable storage capacity of around 40,000 m³.
The TLA arrives to expand Brazil’s infrastructure for liquid handling and reinforces Vast’s strategic role in the market.
