Vast Infraestrutura earns gold seal from the GHG Protocol for the fourth consecutive year
The certification attests to the verification of Vast’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory in three scopes: the company’s direct emissions (Scope 1), purchased and consumed energy (Scope 2), and indirect emissions, those not emitted directly by the company but involved in our operations (Scope 3).
The monitoring of emissions, as well as the preparation and submission of the GHG inventory, are aligned with the first pillar of Vast’s Decarbonization Plan, “Emissions Management.”
This achievement consolidates the maturity on the subject and reinforces Vast’s commitment towards a lower-carbon world.
