In October, Vast Infraestrutura successfully completed the first transshipment operation under its new partnership with Repsol, the spanish multi-energy company with whom the commercial agreement was signed in September of this year. 

Today, the oil terminal at Porto do Açu, T-Oil, stands out on the national stage, hosting all the major operators in Brazil and accounting for approximately 50% of the country’s crude oil exports from terminals in the first half of 2024.

Vast Infraestrutura won 1st place at the Antaq Award 2024 in the “Technical-Scientific Articles” category with the work titled “Aves do Açu Project.” 

Vast Infraestrutura won 1st place at the 2024 Antaq Award in the “Technical-Scientific Articles” category with the work titled “Aves do Açu Project.” 

Developed by the Sustainability team in collaboration with Braço Social, a Vast partner consultancy, the award-winning article details the operations and results of Aves do Açu, a pioneering and 100% voluntary project by the company aimed at conserving the trinta-réis, bird species that inhabit the company’s oil terminal, T-Oil, during their breeding season. 

To represent Vast and receive the award, the collaborators responsible for the authorship of the projetct were designated at the Antaq ceremony in Brasília.

The achievement highlights the relevance of the project and demonstrates Vast’s commitment to environmental protection and ecosystem conservation.
