Vast holds Integrated Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion Week
In November, Vast held the Integrated Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion Week together with the other Prumo Group companies.
The event’s theme was “Respect: our link between ethics and diversity,” and the highlight of the week was the keynote lecture on non-tolerated behaviors, featuring Dione Assis and Danielle Torres, MSc., moderated by Angela Serpa. The speakers discussed how inclusive policies and environments that value differences help strengthen organizational culture.
At Vast, the program also included a lecture on microaggressions, as well as initiatives to reinforce the Code of Conduct and the Reporting Channel.
The initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to ethics, integrity, and respect, contributing to the development of an increasingly diverse and inclusive work environment.
